Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

Our office is in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. We are at Sun Palm View, Flat No.201 in the A Wing. Sector 15 is right off Palm Beach Road. It’s actually a nice place to be because you get that breeze coming off the water sometimes. Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj operates out of this flat. It’s a residential building, so it feels very much like a home. We have desks set up in the main rooms. We spend our time looking at property values and talking to people about where they want to live or invest. Navi Mumbai has its own rhythm, separate from the main city. It’s a bit more organized. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything. We just show up and get through the files. The 400705 area is growing fast, so there are always new buildings going up around us. We can see some of them from our balcony. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. It’s a straightforward operation. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee. Sometimes we stay late when the workload gets heavy, but mostly we keep regular hours. It’s a practical space for the kind of work we do. No frills, just a place to sit and work on property deals. It gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are home, but that's part of the charm. We usually take the stairs because the elevator is quite slow.
