Our office for Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj (India) is located in Nerul West, specifically in Sector 38 at Kendriya Vihar. It’s A-4 / 50 if you’re looking for the exact door. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential growth. The complex itself is quite large, so sometimes people get a little turned around trying to find our block. We have been in this spot for a bit and it suits us fine. It's a practical space without any of those unnecessary frills you see in the big city towers. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through our daily tasks and keeping track of what’s happening in the local market. The windows let in some decent light and we usually have the fan going to keep the humidity down. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road but the area is nice enough. We don't really do the whole polished corporate routine here. It’s more about sitting down and getting through the emails and phone calls. Sometimes we have a few people dropping in to ask questions about the neighborhood. We know the Nerul area pretty well since we spend so much time here. It’s just a regular team doing regular work in a normal office. We like the pace of things in Navi Mumbai compared to the main city. There is always a lot going on, but we keep our focus on the immediate tasks.
