You can find us over at Flat No 22 in the B Wing of Popular Apartments. We are located in Andheri West, right by Sardar Chowk and the Mini Bazar. Being opposite St Louis Convent makes it pretty easy for people to spot us. We have been working as estate agents in this area for quite a long time. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of different things going on. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the properties. Most of the time, we are busy answering calls or meeting owners to see their apartments. We know Andheri West inside and out. We don't use any corporate jargon when we talk to clients. We just explain the situation with the property and what the price is. If you want to find a place near the market, we know which buildings have openings. It is a lot of legwork, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to be a massive company. We just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us. Dealing with property can be stressful, so we try to keep it calm and straightforward. We’re just local people who know the housing market here and want to help others navigate it. There is always a lot to do, but we take it one house at a time for every person.
