Our agency is tucked away in Kandivali West at 13 Prateeksha Nagar. We are right near the Noble Chemist, so people usually find us by looking for that landmark. We’ve been helping people with housing in this neighborhood for a good while. It’s a busy part of Kandivali and there is always someone looking for a flat or trying to move out. We don't have a huge staff. It’s just a few of us who know the streets and the buildings by heart. We don't do any of that polished marketing stuff. We just talk to you about the flats available and what the owners are asking for. Sometimes we are out all day showing people around and the office stays locked for an hour. That’s just how it goes when you’re a small local agency. We handle all the small details that come with moving. It can be a headache for people, so we try to take some of that off their plate. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just do the work and try to be honest about the places we show. If a kitchen is too small, we’ll say it. We like living and working in Kandivali. It’s our home too, so we care about who moves in. Just a simple office, some old chairs, and a lot of knowledge about the local housing market. We try to be here whenever a client needs to sign something.
