We’ve been at 39 Kandivali East in the Navrangpura building for a while now. If you're looking for us, we're in F Wing, right across from that big Gokul Concorde Tower. Being just off the Western Express Highway makes it easy for folks to drop in, though the traffic can get a bit much around here sometimes. It’s a busy spot. We handle mostly local stuff around Kandivali. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and walking around to show people flats or shops nearby. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes the keys don't work or a client is late, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We know these streets pretty well since we spend all our time here. Navrangpura is a decent spot to work from. We see a lot of people coming and going because of the highway. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, checking listings, and trying to help people find a place that fits. We don't have a big fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we can talk. If someone stops by, we usually have a cup of tea and look at what’s available. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years with new buildings popping up everywhere. Gokul Concorde Tower is a good landmark to find us.
