Jewel Tool Corporation is tucked away at 8/5/8, Mountview, in the Bhawaninagar area of Andheri East. This part of Andheri is always buzzing with activity, and our little spot is no different. We deal with specialized tools, often for the jewelry trade or other fine work. It is not a massive factory; it is more of a focused space where we keep our inventory and handle orders. The shelves are packed with small containers and precision instruments. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the items coming in because our customers need things to be exactly right for their work. Since we are in a residential-commercial mix area, we see a lot of local craftsmen as well as people coming from further away. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a lobby. You just come in, tell us what tool you are looking for, and we find it for you. Sometimes we sit down with a cup of tea and talk about the latest tools or how the business is changing. We have been doing this for long enough to know that being reliable is more important than having a shiny sign outside. We keep our records in big binders and use an old computer for the labels. It works for us. We are just ordinary people working hard to keep our customers supplied with the tools they need every day to make their own beautiful things.
