J.C. Enterprises

J.C. Enterprises is located in Masjid Bunder West. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s one of the most crowded places you can find. There are people and goods moving everywhere at all hours. Our shop is tucked into one of the many busy streets here. It’s a small, functional space that’s mostly used for storage and handling orders. We don't have a lot of room for people to sit down and chat. Usually, it's just a lot of lifting and moving boxes. The air is thick with the smells of the market. We’ve been here for years, navigating the narrow lanes and the constant noise. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We start early before the heat gets too bad, though it’s always warm in Masjid Bunder. The guys working here have been with us for a long time. We know the local porters and the truck drivers who come through. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of things on paper. We don't have fancy software or big screens. Just a desk, a phone, and a lot of hustle. Every day is pretty much the same—busy, loud, and full of work. We wouldn't know what to do with ourselves if it were quiet. That’s just life at J.C. Enterprises in the heart of the market. We just get back to the stacks.
