Jbj Real Estate is located at Shop No 1 in Building No 7 of Motilal Nagar. We are part of the Sukhsagar Nagar neighborhood. The office is situated within the Dwarika Co Op Housing Society. Being right in the middle of a housing society makes sense for a real estate business. We spend our days helping people with their housing needs. The shop is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for anyone to walk in and chat. We have some basic chairs and a desk where we handle all the paperwork. Motilal Nagar is a large place, but we know our corner of it really well. We’ve been at this location for a good amount of time. Most of the people in Dwarika Society know us by name. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We have some files stacked up and a few maps of the local area on the wall. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to talk about a new home. We don't mind that. It’s a friendly atmosphere. Sukhsagar Nagar has a lot of trees and is generally a nice place to spend the day. We are usually here from the morning until the evening. On weekends, we are often out showing people different flats in the nearby buildings. It’s a lot of walking around and talking. We just keep things simple and honest with everyone who visits us to look for a house. It is just regular daily work.
