Jayant Estate Consultancy is located in Shop No 3, over in Building No 19 D. We are in Kandivali East, right near the Saibaba Temple. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always people walking past the shop. We’ve been here for several years now. The office is small and usually filled with the sound of the traffic outside. We keep a lot of files on the shelves, mostly records of who bought what and when. We started this consultancy because people kept asking for advice on where to move in Kandivali. It’s a big area and it can be confusing if you don't know the different buildings. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just sit down with whoever comes in and talk about what they are looking for. Usually, we have a cup of tea while looking at some papers. We know the landlords and the developers around here quite well. Most of our work is just connecting the dots between someone who wants to sell and someone who wants to buy. We spend a lot of time walking around the different sectors of Kandivali East to see what’s new. The temple nearby brings a lot of peace to the area, even when it’s crowded. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just a local shop where we try to give honest answers to people’s questions about property. That’s really all there is to it.
