Jay Ambe Estates

We've been in Shop No 7 at Aayushi Apartment for a while now. Being right next to the Canara Bank in Andheri East makes it easy for folks to find us when they're looking for a place. It's just a small office, nothing fancy. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking through listings for flats or shops nearby. People walk in, ask about rent prices, and we tell them what’s available. It’s mostly local stuff. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but that's just part of being in this area. We handle some paperwork, talk to landlords, and try to keep track of who is moving out. It isn't a huge operation. Just a few of us here making sure the keys are in the right place. Most of our day is just answering the phone or showing someone a kitchen in a building down the street. We know the neighborhood pretty well by now. If you're coming from the station, it's not a long walk. We usually close up around seven unless someone is running late for a viewing. It’s just regular work, really. Nothing too complicated about it. We see a lot of families looking for more space. Andheri East is always busy, so there is always something going on near the bank. We just sit here and do our bit.
