Jalaram Estate Consultant

We are Jalaram Estate Consultant. The office is Shop No 7, inside Sarswati Sadan. This is in Vile Parle East, which is a busy part of the city. We are right by Patel Chennappa Circle. If you are standing there, you can see the HDFC Standard Life Insurance building right opposite us. It is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. Sarswati Sadan is an older building, it has that lived-in feel to it. Being in Shop No 7 means we are right on the ground level. We see people walking past the window all day on their way to the circle. Vile Parle East is always moving. You have the office crowd and the locals all mixed together. Inside the office, it is pretty quiet compared to the street. We have our desks set up and some old calendars on the wall. It’s not a big space, but it works for what we do at Jalaram Estate Consultant. Sometimes the tea stall nearby brings over some cups and we sit for a minute. The circle can get really jammed with cars during rush hour. You can hear the horns honking from inside. We just keep our heads down and get through the files. It's an honest living in a familiar neighborhood. Being opposite the insurance building makes it easy for people to find us without needing a map. We like the spot because it feels like the heart of Vile Parle.
