Jaiswal Real Estate Consultant is based in Building B/8 on the ground floor. We are located in Pant Nagar, which is in Andheri East. We’re right opposite where Fantasy Land used to be, or where people still remember it being. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. We’ve been in Andheri East for quite a while and have seen how much the area has grown. Our office is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors and a few desks where we keep our files. We spend our days talking about houses and land with anyone who stops by. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a glossy website. We just know the local area and try to help people find what they need. Pant Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside our door in Building B/8. We like being part of the local scene here. It’s not a corporate job for us; it’s just our daily life. Sometimes we get busy with several people at once, and other times it’s quiet enough to have a long tea break. We just take it as it comes. We’re usually here during normal hours if you want to drop in. There is no need for an appointment, you can just find us on the ground floor opposite the old park area.
