Jain Anil Sohanraj

This is actually our home in Akshar Apartment 2, over in Kandivali West. We’re in A 402, and it’s where we handle everything for Jain Anil Sohanraj. It’s near Atul Tower, so most people use that as a landmark when they’re trying to find us. Living and working in the same place has its ups and downs, honestly. Sometimes the living room is full of papers, and other times it’s just a regular home. We decided to run things this way because it felt more personal and kept the costs down for everyone. You won't find a big glass office with a receptionist here. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door or the phone. We’ve lived in Kandivali for a long time, and we like being part of the neighborhood. The apartment is quiet most of the time, which helps when we have to focus on the details of what we're doing. There’s a nice breeze that comes through the window in the afternoons. We try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, files tend to stack up on the dining table. We even have a small balcony where we take breaks. It’s just the way it is when you’re a small family operation. We don’t have fancy titles or corporate meetings or any of that. We just sit down, look at the work that needs doing, and get to it. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us.
