Jai Sai Pan Houses

Our place is located at 92/1 on Chunabhatti Abbigere Main Road. It is a busy stretch of road where trucks and bikes are constantly moving past, making quite a bit of noise throughout the day. The shop itself is pretty straightforward with a counter that has seen a lot of use over the years. We spend most of our time getting things ready, chopping and mixing, or just making sure the displays look okay from the street. It’s not a very large area, so we have to be smart about where we put the boxes and the different supplies we get delivered every week. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use some paint, but they serve their purpose for now. We see a lot of the same faces every day, people who work nearby or live just a few blocks away, and it’s nice to have that sense of being part of the neighborhood. In the monsoon, the water sometimes splashes in from the passing vehicles, so we have to pull the plastic sheets down to stay dry. It’s just a practical setup for a business like ours. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just a spot on the main road where we do our work, keep things moving, and wait for the evening rush to settle down so we can head home ourselves.
