Jai Matadi Food Supply

Jai Matadi Food Supply is run out of Malad East. We operate from Flat No 3 in the Vrindavan building, which is part of the 11 A and 2 A sections in Doddanahalli. It’s more of a residential setup than a commercial shopfront, so it feels very different from a regular store. Most of our work involves managing the food supplies and making sure everything is packed up correctly for delivery. The kitchen area is almost always busy with the smell of whatever is being prepared that day. Because we are in a flat, we have to be careful about the noise so we don't bother the neighbors too much. It’s a family-style environment where everyone chips in with the cooking, the cleaning, and the packing. We have a lot of lists pinned to the walls to keep track of who needs what and when the next delivery has to go out. Malad is a big area, so coordinating the transport from our little spot in Vrindavan takes up a lot of our time. We don't have fancy signs or a storefront to show off. It’s just us in the apartment, working through the orders and making sure the food is fresh. Some days the rain makes it hard to get things moved out on time, but we just do our best to stay on schedule. It’s a small, local way to earn a living.
