We’ve been running Jagruti Estate Agency from our spot at Shop No 9 for quite some time now. You can find us on the ground floor of the Shiv building in Kandivali West, right next to the Sai Chitra building. It’s a busy area but we like it here. Mostly, we just help people find places to stay or work around this part of town. Dealing with property stuff can be a real headache, especially with all the paperwork and the back-and-forth, so we try to keep things pretty straightforward. We know the streets around Kandivali West really well because we spend most of our days walking them or talking to neighbors. If you’re looking for a flat or maybe a small shop space, we usually have a few things on our list. We aren't a big fancy office with a lot of staff, it's just us here doing the work. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet, that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't do much advertising, most folks just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We focus on the local area mainly. It’s a bit cramped in the shop sometimes with all the files, but it works for us. If you happen to be passing by the Sai Chitra building, you’ll see our door right there on the ground floor.
