Jagdish Katira

The office for Jagdish Katira is located at 232/11 in Tejani House. We are right in Sion, directly opposite the railway station. If you’ve ever been to Sion station, you know exactly how loud and busy it gets at all hours of the day. We’ve become very used to the sound of the trains whistling and the announcements over the loudspeakers. It’s actually helpful because we always know if the trains are running late just by looking out the window. Tejani House is an older building with a lot of character. Our space inside is small but it has everything we need to function. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of folders that represent years of work. It’s a very grounded place. There’s no lobby or receptionist; you just walk in and we’re there. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local community and people who are passing through the station area. It’s a convenient spot, even if the traffic on the road outside can be a nightmare during rush hour. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We’re just a local business doing what we do from a spot we’ve occupied for a long time. People come to us because we are easy to find and we’ve been part of the Sion landscape for ages. It’s a bit dusty and the fans creak, but it is home to us and we know everyone around here.
