We are located on the first floor of Plot No 10 in the Shakti building, over in Vile Parle West. It is right near the Sayaji Ganj area and sits pretty close to the flyover bridge. Being so near to the bridge means it is fairly easy for people to get to us from different parts of the city without getting lost in the side streets. We work as estate consultants, which mostly means we help people figure out the complicated parts of the property market. It is a bit of a climb up to the first floor, but it is a nice, quiet place to sit down and go over all the various documents and maps. We have been working out of Vile Parle West for a good amount of time now. The whole neighborhood is always changing, with new shops and small flats popping up every other month. We try to keep track of all those changes so we can give people sensible advice when they ask. It is not about having the biggest office in the city; it is about knowing the small details that actually matter to a buyer. We talk to a lot of different people, from young couples starting out to older folks who are looking to move into something smaller. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people who come to see us were told about our office by a friend or a neighbor who worked with us before. It is a practical office for practical work.
