We’re over in Malad West, specifically at the Nalanda Building in Evershine Nagar. Our office is number 16. It’s right opposite the Manali Building, so if you find one, you’ve basically found the other. Evershine Nagar is a nice area, usually quite lively with people walking their dogs or heading to the local shops. I’ve been working out of this building for a while now. The office isn’t huge, just enough room for the essentials and a few chairs for when clients come to visit. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or walking around the neighborhood to check on different apartments. Malad is always changing, with new buildings going up and people moving around. It’s a lot of coordination to keep everything straight. I usually start my day with a cup of tea and a look at my to-do list, which always seems to grow. At J R Estate & Property Consultant, we handle all kinds of property work, mostly just helping folks find a place that fits their budget. It’s a lot of legwork, literally. I’m often out and about, so the office might be empty for an hour or two while I’m showing a flat. I try to keep things simple and honest. No big sales pitches, just showing what’s available and helping with the forms. It’s a busy neighborhood but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
