J R Associates is situated in Tardeo, which is a place that always seems to be moving. We are in Building No 8, specifically in Block No F/80. The area is known as Papanna Block and we are on the 4th Cross. The best way to find us is to look for the Gangajamuna Theatre because we are right opposite that. The theatre is a big landmark, so it makes giving directions much easier. Our building is one of those older structures that has seen a lot of people come and go. The office in F/80 is a simple setup. We have our desks and files, and not much else in terms of decoration. The windows look out towards the street, so we see the traffic and the crowds going to the theatre. Tardeo is a busy hub, and being at the 4th Cross means we are right in the thick of it. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. It is a practical place to work from. Most of our day is spent here handling whatever comes through the door. It is not a fancy corporate tower, but it is a solid place in a part of town that has everything you need within walking distance. We have been here for a long time and know all the local tea vendors.
