Ishwardas Estate Agent operates out of 226, Shri Vinayak Building in Kandivali West. It is a bit of a mix here because we are on the main road and near places like Ramamurthy Nagar and Banaswadi Main Road. We are also right opposite Thakkar Dairy, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Our office in the Shri Vinayak Building is where we spend most of our mornings and evenings. We have been helping people with their housing needs in this part of Kandivali for years. The street outside is usually very busy with cars and people going to the dairy. We have a lot of old files from years of doing this work. People come to us because they know we are usually around and know the local landlords. It is not a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It is just a regular room with some chairs and a lot of paper. We handle various properties across the neighborhood and try to keep things simple. Dealing with real estate can be a headache sometimes with all the rules, but we just do our best to get the job done. If you are walking down the main road, you will see our sign. We are just local people trying to run a small estate agency at 226 Shri Vinayak. We have been here for a long time and plan to stay for much longer.
