Ishwar Property

We run Ishwar Property from Office No 404, which is in the C Wing of the Winsway building in Andheri East. We are right in the Mulund Colony area and pretty much opposite the railway station, so it is always crowded outside our doors. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below. Andheri is a fast place and we try to keep pace with all the people moving in for work. Our office is a small space where we keep all our records and meet with folks who need a roof over their heads. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually, it is fine. We handle a lot of different things related to buildings in this part of town. The location opposite the station is handy for everyone. We have been in the Winsway building for a while and most of the neighbors know us. It is mostly about listening to what people need and seeing if we have anything that fits. We aren't doing any big marketing stuff, just working through the daily list of chores and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the number of people looking for rooms in Mulund Colony, but we just take it one day at a time. That is how we do things at Ishwar Property in Andheri East.
