We are Ishwar Home Realty and our office is right here at M-203 in Kandivali East, specifically in the Thakur Complex area. People around here usually just drop by when they are looking for a place to stay or if they have a flat they want to let out. It is a busy part of the city and we have been at this spot for a while now. Most days involve just answering the phone and showing people around the nearby buildings. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us working out of the complex. We know the streets around Kandivali East pretty well because we spend most of our time walking through them. If you are near M-203, you will see our sign. It is a straightforward business where we just try to keep track of who is moving in and who is moving out. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected but that is just how things go. We keep our files organized as much as possible. Usually, it is local families or young workers looking for something close to the station or the main roads. We don't do anything fancy here. We just sit at our desks in Thakur Complex and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It gets quite loud in the afternoons with all the traffic outside but we are used to it by now. That is pretty much what happens at Ishwar Home Realty on a daily basis.
