Ishaan Properties

Ishaan Properties is located in Mulund West. We work out of Flat No 2 in the C Wing of the Om Gajanan building. It's right on Nawa Darwaja Road, very close to Vani Vidyalaya School. If you know the school, you can't miss us. I started this because I know the Mulund area really well. It’s a residential spot, so most of our work is helping people find a place to live or helping them move on to something else. The office is basically a converted flat, so it feels like a home, which I think people like. It’s not some cold corporate space with glass partitions. We have maps on the walls and folders full of property details. Sometimes the doorbell rings all afternoon with neighbors or clients popping in. It can get a bit messy with all the papers, but I know where everything is. My family lives nearby too, so this is very much a local thing for us. We spend a lot of time walking around the different wings of buildings in this neighborhood. We know which streets are quiet and which ones get a lot of noise. People around here know us because we’ve been part of the community for a long time. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what's available without making things sound better than they are. It’s just how we do things here in Mulund. It's a simple life and a good way to work for everyone involved.
