Our small office is tucked away in Vikhroli East, specifically in the Ghanchikuva area near Songhdh. We are quite close to the post office, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the building at X64/16. We mostly deal with LIC policies and helping people understand what they're signing up for. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. Usually, it's just us sitting with a neighbor or someone from the area, going over some forms and figures. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we do. We have been part of this community for a long time, and we’ve seen families grow and change over the years. People come to us because they know we are right here in the neighborhood and they can just walk in without an appointment. There’s always a bit of dust from the road and the sound of people walking by outside, but it’s a comfortable enough spot. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing out notes by hand in our ledgers. It’s the kind of work that requires a bit of patience and a lot of listening to what people actually need. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the insurance work and making sure the records are kept straight. If you are near the post office, you can just pop in and see us whenever we are open.
