Insurance Shop

You can find us at the Sagar Complex in Vile Parle East. We are in room 202 on the second floor. Our building is right opposite the B S E S office, which makes it easy to explain to people who are coming over. The office is quite a quiet place, mostly filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and the printer. We deal with insurance policies, so there are always stacks of paper and folders on the desks. We spend a lot of our time explaining things like premiums and coverage to people who walk in. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps us busy. We have a couple of old chairs for customers to sit on while we go through the paperwork together. Most people who come to us are locals from Vile Parle who have been with us for years. We don't do any big advertising or have a shiny website. It’s mostly just word of mouth and the sign we have outside the building. Sometimes we spend hours on the phone with the insurance companies trying to sort out a claim or a mistake in a policy. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s part of the day. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so people don't feel stressed about their insurance. It’s just a small, independent shop where we take care of the details and try to keep everything organized for our neighbors.
