Innovative Properties

Finding an office in Khar West isn't easy, but we are tucked away in Office No 101 of Siddhi Apartment. We are in the B Wing of Silver Oak, right near the Gabbana Showroom. It’s a nice enough area, though parking for clients is always a headache. Innovative Properties is basically just a few of us who know the local streets really well. We spend a lot of time walking between buildings and checking out new flats. Khar has changed so much; old houses are turning into big towers every year. Our office is quite simple. We have some chairs, a few maps on the wall, and a lot of keys in the drawer. We aren't the kind of agents who use big words or fancy presentations. We just show you the place and tell you if the plumbing is okay or if the landlord is difficult. The showroom nearby brings in a lot of fancy cars, which is fun to watch from the window. We get a lot of people stopping in just to ask for directions or to see what the rents are like these days. It’s a social job. We know the local watchmen and the grocery store owners. Most of our afternoon is spent on the phone or waiting for someone to show up for a viewing. It’s a bit unpredictable, but we like the pace of life here in Khar.
