It’s a pretty busy area with lots of people moving around. Our shop is filled with all sorts of spares for heating and cooling systems. If you need a specific tool for an AC job, we probably have it sitting on a shelf somewhere. It gets a bit cramped in Unit 7 because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. We know how it is when a technician is stuck on a job and needs a part quickly. We spend a lot of time answering the phone and checking the bins for valves or sensors. Mahalaxmi is a central spot, so we see a lot of different people coming through. We don’t do much advertising; mostly it’s just folks who have heard about us from someone else. The estate has its quirks, and parking can be a real pain, but we’ve made it our home. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier in the city. We just want to make sure the guys working in the field can get what they need without a hassle. It’s simple work, but it keeps the buildings in this city running right. We open up on time every morning and stay until the last order is out. That's just how we do things.
