Industrial Tool Center

We’ve been at 3 Payali Pada for quite a while now. It’s just a regular shop where we keep industrial tools. People come in looking for specific bits or heavy gear for their jobs. It’s dusty sometimes but we know where everything is. My brother and I started this because there weren’t many places nearby to get good hardware. We don’t do anything fancy. You just walk in, tell us what you need, and we see if it’s on the shelf. If not, we might know who has it. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot. Most mornings start with a coffee and then checking the inventory. We deal with a lot of local mechanics and guys from the factories nearby. It isn’t a big operation, just a few of us making sure the tools are ready. We keep the doors open six days a week. Sometimes it gets busy, other times it’s quiet enough to reorganize the drawers. We try to keep a decent variety of stock because you never know what someone’s going to ask for on a Tuesday afternoon. Being at Payali Pada makes it easy for people to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple business, nothing more. Every day brings a different set of questions from people who are just trying to get their own work done, and we like being part of that.
