Inbetween Sandwitches

Inbetween Sandwitches is our little shop located at Kalina 30th Cross 296. We specialize in making sandwiches, which is pretty much all we do here. It started as a small idea because we noticed there weren't many quick bite places on this specific crossroad. We use a lot of bread every day, and we try to get it fresh from the bakery nearby. The space is tight, so most of our customers just grab their order and eat it on the way to work or back home. We have a couple of stools if you want to stay, but it’s usually quite busy. We don’t use any complicated equipment, just a couple of good knives and a toaster that’s seen better days. Every sandwich is made right in front of you, so you can see exactly what’s going in. Sometimes we get a bit behind when five people show up at once, but we work as fast as we can. We aren't trying to be a gourmet cafe. We just want to make a decent sandwich that tastes like it should. We like being in Kalina; it’s a lively area with plenty of people moving around. The menu is just stuck on the wall with some tape. It’s a simple setup for a simple job. We just keep the ingredients fresh and the counter wiped down between orders. Hopefully, you find us tucked away on the cross road.
