Imperial Caterers

We are over here on Telli Gali in Andheri East, right near the Hotel Imperial Palace. If you know this part of town, you know it stays quite busy throughout the day. We have been running Imperial Caterers from this spot for a good number of years. It isn’t a massive setup, just a reliable kitchen and a few staff members who know how to get things done. We usually handle local functions and office lunches around the area. Being so close to the hotel helps people find us, though we are a completely separate thing. Some days are very chaotic when we have three different orders going out at the same time. The traffic in Andheri doesn't help much, so we have to plan our deliveries really carefully. We don't use any fancy apps or complicated systems. We just write everything down in a big register and make sure the spices are right. It’s a lot of manual work, standing over hot pots and packing boxes. People around here know us by face. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth seems to work fine. If you walk down the lane, you’ll probably smell the food before you see our door. We just try to do an honest day's work and keep our customers fed without any unnecessary fuss or drama. It’s been our life for a long time.
