Ideaforge Technology Pvt Ltd is situated up on the 4th floor at Office No. 4 in the Kresit Business Incubator. This is inside the IIT Bombay campus in Powai. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to a regular street office because we are surrounded by students and academic energy. Being in an incubator means there are a lot of other small companies nearby, all trying to figure things out. We spend our days working on technology and hardware. Since we are at IIT Bombay, the environment is very focused on learning and testing new things. Powai is a great area, though the hills and the greenery around the campus make it feel a bit isolated from the rest of the city noise. Our office isn't very big, and it’s often cluttered with prototypes and wires. It’s the kind of place where you might find someone drinking coffee at a desk late into the evening. We don't really have a corporate culture; it’s more like a group of people working on a project that just keeps growing. We use the lab space when we need to and keep our heads down most of the time. It is a busy, technical kind of life here at Kresit. We are just a small group of people trying to make things work in a quiet corner of the campus.
