You can find us at D 33 in the Sagar Mahim Housing Society. We are right on Cadel Road in Mahim West. It’s a pretty good location because we are close to the sea, and you can sometimes smell the salt in the air. The building is one of those classic Mumbai societies. We handle the Icici Lombard Gic Ltd operations from this small office. It’s mostly just us and a lot of paperwork regarding various insurance policies. The traffic on Cadel Road can be pretty loud during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a plain door with our name on it. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with all the files, but we know where everything is. People from the Mahim area stop by quite often. We don't do anything flashy here. It’s just about getting the forms filled and the claims processed. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know the routine. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. It’s a very grounded place to work. No corporate talk, just regular people trying to finish their tasks before the train ride home. It’s a bit old-fashioned in how we run things, but it gets the job done for everyone in Mumbai 16 who needs their papers sorted.
