Our small office is tucked away in Sector-9 over in Nerul East. If you know the NL-6 area, we are located right there at building 4/2. Dealing with property and home searches in Navi Mumbai is quite a lot of work, and that is basically what we do all day. We spend most of our time looking at different flats and houses nearby to see what is actually available for people. It is not like those big, shiny offices you see in the city. It is more of a local operation where we actually know the streets and the buildings because we see them every day. People come in looking for a place to stay or just wanting to know what the prices are like in this part of Nerul. We have folders full of lists and maps spread out over the tables. Sometimes the phone rings constantly and other times it is quiet enough to catch up on the filing. Finding a new home is usually a stressful thing for most families, so we just try to show them what is real and what isn't without making it more complicated than it needs to be. We have watched this neighborhood change a lot over the years. The address is easy to find once you get into the heart of Sector-9. We do not have a marketing team, just a few of us who know the area and can help navigate the housing market.
