Hycon Industries

Our place, Hycon Industries, is tucked away in the Ghatkopan Industrial Estate. If you know the LBS Road area, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different units. We are at B-136. It's an older industrial area, so things aren't always shiny and new, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us. The machines are running most of the day, making that steady hum you get in places like this. We focus on the industrial side of things, dealing with parts and manufacturing. It gets dusty, and sometimes the heat in the summer is a bit much, but that's just part of the job. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a desk and the workshop floor where the real work happens. Most of the guys here have been with us for a while, so we know how to handle the equipment without much fuss. Dealing with logistics on LBS Road is always a challenge because of the trucks and the narrow lanes inside the estate. We just try to get the orders out on time and keep the quality where it needs to be. It’s a straightforward business, really. No need for anything complicated. We show up, do the work, and go home. There is always something to fix or a new order to figure out, but we like the pace.
