Homesquare Realty is based at number 18 in Sri Bhavani Mansion, right near Akipet Circle in Ashok Nagar. It is a well-known spot in the neighborhood and we have been here for a good while. The office is located in an older building that has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit steep when you are in a hurry. Inside, we have our setup with a few desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do not have a big team, just a handful of us who know the area well. We spend our time checking on properties and talking to people about what they need. Ashok Nagar is a busy place, especially around the circle, so we hear the noise of the traffic all day long. We do not have any polished sales pitches or slick brochures to hand out. We just talk to people like regular neighbors. Our desks are usually covered in handwritten notes and local newspapers. It is a hands-on kind of job and we like being in the middle of it all. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and take breaks. Being at Sri Bhavani Mansion feels like being part of the history of the area. We just keep doing our work, one day at a time, right here at Akipet Circle. It is what we know how to do best.
