We are located over in Ghatkopar East, specifically in Jalaram Nagar. It’s a decent area, though it gets quite crowded in the afternoons. Homes & Property isn't a massive corporate office with glass walls. We’ve got a small space at number 2, and that's where we spend most of our time. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks, answering phones, and trying to keep everything organized. Real estate can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the back and forth, but we’ve managed to stay busy. Being in Jalaram Nagar means we see a lot of local residents. People often stop by just to ask a quick question or see what’s available in the area. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. The office can get a bit cluttered with files and maps, but we know where everything is. It’s a straightforward way of working. We deal with houses, flats, and land mostly around this side of the city. Ghatkopar is changing fast, with new buildings going up all the time, so there’s always something to talk about. We just try to keep up with it all without getting too stressed. If you’re around the neighborhood, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s not the fanciest place, but we’ve been here long enough that people know who we are and what we do. We just keep going every day.
