Our shop is number 14 in the Sarita Vasant Complex. It’s a small place in Kandivali West. We’ve been here for a good bit now. Most people in the complex know who we are. We deal with real estate around here. It's mostly flats and shops. Kandivali is a crowded place so there's always something happening. We spend most of our time drinking chai and talking to people about property prices. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s quiet. We don't have a big corporate office, just this little shop. It works for us. We know the local buildings and the people who live in them. If a flat goes up for rent or sale nearby, we usually hear about it pretty fast. We try to keep things simple. No complicated talk or long contracts. Just honest stuff about what a place is worth. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we keep it tidy enough. If you’re walking through the complex, you’ll see our sign out front. We are usually around if you want to chat about a house or a lease. It’s a local life and we enjoy it. The neighborhood has got everything you need. We just help people find their spot here. Nothing more to it really. Just a local shop doing local work for local people.
