Hitesh Travels

We're located in the Gandaki Building over at the MIDC plots, specifically in the HAL 3rd Stage area. It’s an industrial sort of neighborhood, so there’s always trucks and workers moving around. We run a travel business here, mostly helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. Whether it’s booking a bus, a train, or a car for a trip, we spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone. The office isn't very large, just enough space for a few chairs and our equipment. People stop by to ask about ticket prices or to see what the best route is for their journey. Sometimes things get complicated with cancellations or delays, but we just try to sort it out as best as we can. We've been in this spot for some years now, so we know the regular commuters and the families who take trips once a year. It’s not about luxury travel for us, it’s more about getting people where they need to go without too much fuss. The walls have a few maps pinned up, and there’s always a stack of brochures on the table. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that does the trick. It’s just us here, working through the bookings and making sure the drivers know where they’re supposed to be. Simple, everyday work in a busy part of the city. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible for every traveler.
