Hirsiddh Agencies is located right near the Inner Milan Subway in Santa Cruz West. If you’ve ever driven down Road No. 1, you probably know how the traffic piles up there. Our shop, Pps 6-5, is a straightforward place. We don't have big neon signs or a polished showroom. It’s mostly shelves and boxes. We deal with whatever comes in for our customers. People around here know us as the place that’s always open when they need something specific. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, but that’s just part of being in this part of Mumbai. We start early in the morning, usually before the heat really kicks in. The staff is small, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. If you ask for something, we usually find it in a minute or two. We don't have a website or an app for ordering; people just call us or walk in. We talk to the delivery drivers, sort out the invoices, and make sure the accounts are square. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Some days are hectic when several shipments arrive at once, and we’re tripping over crates. Other days, we just sit and watch the cars go by the subway. It’s a simple life running a local agency, and we like it that way. We just keep things moving.
