Hindustan Realtors is located over at 5 Marol R T Nagar Main Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and we are right in the middle of it all. Working in real estate means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at different spots, but this office is where we keep all the files and meet people. Marol is a fast place, always something going on outside the window. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks, chairs, and lots of folders with property details. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the movies, just a regular place to do business on the main road. Sometimes the noise from the traffic gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We talk to people about houses and shops all day long. It can be a lot of walking and driving around the RT Nagar area to see what is available. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here, just helping folks find a place to stay or set up their own shops. Most of the time it is just paperwork and checking on listings. The tea stall nearby is where we usually grab a quick drink between meetings. It’s a local business and we know the area quite well because we are here every single day.
