Highrise Real Estate Consultant

We've been at Shyam Niwas in Khar West for a good while now. It's a busy spot, but it's home for us. Highrise Real Estate Consultant isn't a big fancy office with glass walls, just a place where we help people figure out their housing stuff. Most days it's just us answering calls and trying to keep track of who's moving where. Khar has changed a lot since we started. Sometimes it feels like every building is getting pulled down and rebuilt. People come in looking for a small flat or maybe something bigger if they've got the budget. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the streets around here pretty well. It’s mostly about knowing which landlord is okay and which building has water issues. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking out places before we show them to anyone. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes things fall through at the last minute, which is frustrating for everyone. But that's just how the property business goes in this part of town. We try to be straight with people about what they're getting into. If a place has bad light or noisy neighbors, we'll probably mention it. We're just over at 6-B, so stop by if you're in the neighborhood and need to chat about a rental or something. We usually have tea going.
