Hi-Con Creationz is located over in Malad West. You can find us at No. 139 in the Sonal Link Industrial Estate, right on Link Road. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses and workshops, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the background. Our unit is a decent size, enough to fit our equipment and still have room for us to move around. It’s a very functional space. We don’t have fancy carpets or designer furniture. It’s mostly metal tables, heavy-duty shelving, and the tools we use every day. The Link Road area is always packed with traffic, so we’ve learned to plan our day around the busiest times. We have a small crew here, and most of us have been working together for quite a while now. We don't use much in the way of corporate language or big titles. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the estate gets a bit dusty and it can be hot in the summer, but we’ve got some fans going to keep us cool. It’s a gritty, real-world place to work and it suits the kind of things we make. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, if you call or visit, you’ll be talking directly to someone who is actually involved in the production side of things. It’s how we’ve always run the business here in Malad Westn.
