You can find us at Office No 502 in the Kapadia Building, which is right on the Station Road in Vile Parle West. We are very close to Waman Hari Pethe, which makes us easy to locate. Being so near the railway station means it is always incredibly busy and noisy outside our windows, but it’s very convenient for people who are commuting. Our office is small and tucked away on the fifth floor. We spend most of our time talking to people about local apartments and small shops in the Vile Parle area. Most of us have lived in this part of Mumbai for most of our lives, so we know which buildings are well-maintained and which ones have problems with the old pipes or the elevators. We don’t have a polished corporate image at all. Our desks are usually a bit of a mess with files, diaries, and old newspapers. We like to get straight to the point when someone asks us for help finding a place. Buying or renting here is always a big hassle, so we just try to make things a little more normal for people. We handle the local registration forms and all that legal paperwork that can be so confusing. Sometimes we are out for hours showing properties, so if you come by and the door is locked, we are probably just down the street. We don’t use any marketing tricks or scripts.
