We are located at Room No 3 in Joshi Kunj on M V Road in Andheri East. We are very close to the old Natraj Studio, which most people use as a landmark when they are coming to see us for the first time. Our office is quite old-fashioned and simple. We’ve been helping people with property matters in this part of Mumbai for a long time. Andheri is always loud and busy, and our street is no different. There is a lot of traffic and people walking by all day. We mostly deal with small flats, rooms for rent, and some of the local office spaces nearby. We don't have any fancy technology or a big staff. It’s just us sitting here, taking calls on our mobile phones and meeting people who want to move into the area. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded and warm, so we just keep the windows open and the fan running. We know every little lane and the names of all the old buildings around here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, with big new towers replacing the older houses. We just try to help people get their paperwork done and find a place that fits their budget. We don’t use any big sales pitches or try to sound like a big company. People often just stop by to ask what the prices are like these days, and we’re happy to tell them.
