You can find us at 107 Ballard Estate, which is on the east side near Ngef and Kasturi Nagar. We are based in Rex Chambers, and if you know where the Arya Honda showroom is, we are right near there, so it’s not too hard to find. We deal with property and real estate around this part of the city. It’s a lot of driving around to show people different flats or commercial spaces and then coming back here to do the paperwork. The office is usually a bit messy with maps and property listings pinned up or sitting in piles. We aren't the kind of place with shiny glass walls; it’s more of a working office where we spend most of our time talking to owners and buyers. The neighborhood around Ballard Estate has a lot of history and we’ve seen it change quite a bit since we started. People come to us because we know which buildings are good and which ones might have issues. We don’t use any big sales tactics, we just show what’s available and tell people the facts about the price and the condition of the place.
