Our office is located in the Raheja Palm Spring Centre on New Link Road. It’s a pretty busy building in Malad. We are up on the sixth floor, in room 616. We deal with machine technology, which sounds complicated but mostly involves us coordinating between suppliers and the people who actually use the equipment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spec sheets. The view from the window is alright, but mostly we are looking at our screens or discussing some technical issue with a client. It’s not a factory floor here, more of a management and technical support setup. Malad West has changed a lot since we first moved in, there’s way more traffic now. We try to keep things simple. If a machine breaks down or someone needs a specific part, they call us. We don't do a lot of fancy lunches or big meetings. It’s usually just us in the office, trying to keep track of orders and making sure the logistics don't fall apart. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, which can be annoying when you’re in a rush. We’ve been in this line of work for a long time, so we know the headaches that come with industrial machinery. We just try to handle them as they come up, one day at a time. It's a small team and we just do our best to stay organized.
