Harshraj Estate

We are based in Mulund West at Shop No 6/A, on the ground floor. Our place is in Ganesh Murti Nagar, which is a nice enough spot in the Kot Mulund area. The office is small and practical, with a few chairs and a table where we keep all the property listings and keys. We’ve been working in real estate around here for quite a while now. Most of our day isn't spent in the office, though. We are usually out walking around the neighborhood, showing people different flats or shops that are up for rent or sale. You get to know every corner of these buildings after a while. We don't have a big team or a fancy car to drive people around; we just walk or take a rickshaw. The office itself is a bit plain, with some old files stacked in the corner and a calendar that’s usually a month behind. People from the area stop by to talk about the market or to ask if we’ve heard of any new places opening up. We try to be direct about things like the plumbing or the noise from the neighbors because we live around here too. It’s a simple way of working. We don't use big words or try to push people into things they don't want. We just help them find a place that fits.
