If you’re looking for Harshada Estate Agency, you’ll find us at Shop No 6 in the Trishul Building. We’re located in Jogeshwari East, which is a neighborhood that never really seems to sleep. The office is right near the Sri Venkateshwara Market on Avenue Road. It’s a very local spot. Most of the people who come in are neighbors or people who have heard about us from someone else on the street. We deal with property, mostly just helping people find a place to stay or a shop to rent. The Trishul Building is an older structure, so it has some character, and maybe a few leaks when it rains really hard during the monsoon. We have a couple of desks and a lot of files piled up. Avenue Road is always packed with people going to the market, so there’s a lot of foot traffic past our door. It’s dusty work sometimes, going out to look at old buildings or showing people around the crowded lanes of Jogeshwari East. We don’t use any fancy apps or big marketing tricks. We just know the area well because we’ve been sitting in this shop for a long time. It’s a small operation, just us and a few phones. We try to be helpful when someone walks in looking for a new home. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way.
