Harsh Real Estate is based in Mulund West at the Balrajeshwar Apartment. We are lucky to be right near the Balrajeshwar Mandir, so we often hear the temple bells throughout the day. It’s a nice, familiar sound for us while we work. Our office is inside the apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business office. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders containing information about local flats and shops. People come in looking for a place to rent or buy in this part of Mulund. We know these streets very well because we have lived and worked here for years. The area around the temple is always lively with people coming for prayers or just walking through the neighborhood. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just talk to people and show them what is available in the nearby buildings. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just sit down with a cup of tea and get through it. The building itself is an older one, which gives it a bit of character. We like the local vibe here. It’s not about being the biggest agency; it’s just about helping neighbors find a decent place to live. We spend a lot of time walking around to check on properties, so we are often out of the office, but there is usually someone around to answer the door.
